I booked an appointment with Zana in hopes of making my mullet not a mullet anymore. I had breakage from bleaching my hair and wanted to fix it so it looked decent when i wore it down. Zana took me step by step over the best choices for me. She did not oversell me on a full head. We installed 6 pieces of tape ins. She was very professional, very friendly and most importantly very honest. I would def go back to her. The quality of the hair is great and she had it in stock so i did not have to return. Amazing service and products!! I love my hair. Especially after ruining my hair during COVID-19. I now feel like a woman again thanks to Zana. Zana will tell you exactly what you need to do in order to get the results you want. I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed with Zana because she is so real, down to Earth, humble and easy to talk to. I live in Maine and it’s worth the trip just to get my hair extensions here.
